- Q: Do you travel to teach the CCRN, CEN and PCCN courses?
A:
Yes, we travel nationwide. We are one of the few able to present the Neonatal, Pediatric and Adult CCRN courses. We also present PCCN
and CEN review courses.
- Q: Do you teach American Red Cross classes?
A: No. Most
registries and healthcare facilities use only the AHA courses. These courses are also preferred by organizations such as Joint
Commission. We are an authorized provider of AHA courses.
Q: Why aren't all your classes listed on the website? A: We do so many classes for small groups or hospitals and they are only open for their own employees. We do several classes
per week for people needing immediate renewals or provider classes that it would be difficult to list them on the site. Call
us at 951.285.5699 for any questions.
Q: Do you accept credit cards? A: Yes. We accept VISA, MC, Discover.
Q: When do I have to pay for classes? A: We generally only ask for payment on the day of a class. We do
ask that you call to pre-register for a class. In the case of AHA classes, we have an instructor/student ratio we
must meet.

last day of the month in which they were issued. The cards are valid for two years.
NRP cards expire at midnight
on the exact day they were issued, two years from the date of the class.
Q: Do you hire outside instructors? A: If we hire someone, they are brought in as an independent contractor. We work with instructors who are experts in a particular
field and have experience teaching.
Q: How do I earn a free class? A: If you arrange for a class attended
by at least nine other people plus yourself, your class is free. This applies to any class we offer. . If you arrange a class
attended by four other people plus yourself, the class is half the cost. Please call us for more information.
